  • If you register any Hup Soon Food Card – the card number, card transactions, including activating the Hup Soon Food Card, loading value to the Hup Soon Food Card, redeeming any value, balance transfer, balance enquiries.

Terms and Conditions

 

General Terms & Conditions

This policy (“Terms”) shall only be applicable to the customer ("Customer") purchased the item via www.hupsoonfood.com.my ("Sites") or Hup Soon Food App ("App").

Hup Soon Seremban Food Trading Sdn Bhd ("Company") reserves the right to update the terms and conditions in this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on the app / website.

 

Ordering Policies

  • Delivery and self-pickup service need to be booked one day in advance.
  • Minimum order purchase for delivery and self-pickup service is RM50.00 per order.
  • The order cut-off time for next-day delivery or self-pickup service is 1pm, every Monday until Saturday.
  • The delivery day and time for next-day delivery or self-pickup service is from Tuesday until Sunday, within 09:00am – 14:00pm.

 

Shipping Policies

  • Home delivery area within Klang Valley and Seremban only.
  • The delivery fee is as follow: (The delivery fee is subject to change without prior notice)
    • Base Rate: RM8.00
    • Next every 1 KM: Add on RM1.00
    • No delivery available for more than 30KM
  • The distance of delivery will be calculated from the following online outlets, which depend on the selected outlet:

    2. Hup Soon Limbok (Seremban area)

  • The customer is required to contact our customer service center at 016-4192327 / 016-2412327 for the following circumstances: 
    1. If there are any changes in the delivery address/contact details made during submission of order and confirmed delivery date
    2. Rescheduling on goods delivery
    3. Change on delivery time
    4. Request for a specific delivery period
  • No amendment on order is allowed once the order is processed.
  • The Company reserves the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
  • The customer was responsible to ensure that the delivery information entered in the website / mobile app is accurate and complete. Hup Soon Food will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of the order resulting from incorrect delivery information.
  • If there is no assigned person to receive the goods at the agreed time and place specified by the Customer, the company will leave a notification on the attempt to deliver was not successful and the Customer has to contact customer services to arrange for redelivery.
  • Upon request on redelivery, the Company will charge an additional redelivery fee for providing the service.

 

Self-pickup Policies

  • Self-pickup area within Negeri Sembilan, Klang Valley, Pahang and Johor.
  • There is no charge for self-pickup service
  • Customer may choose to self-collect the order at the following outlets:

    1. Change of the pick-up time
    2. Request for the specific pick-up time
  • No amendment on order is allowed once the order is processed.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • The Company has the right to cancel the order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you of the order cancellation and return the payment made. The refund will subject to the bank processing period.
  • You are not allowed to cancel the order once Confirmation of the Order issued.
  • Please inspect your order upon received.
  • Refund must be requested:
    1. on the same day of goods received for fresh and perishable products
    2. within 3 days from goods received for frozen, grocery, and dried products
  • Refund is allowed in the following circumstances:
    1. Defective and / or damaged on delivery
    2. Wrong item
    3. Discrepancies in quantities of the products
    4. The products are expired before order
  • Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price on the original receipt issued.
  • In the event of a refund, all member points received on the purchase of the refunded goods will be removed from the Hup Soon Food Membership account.
  • Refund Procedures:

    2. Customer is responsible to provide proof of purchase and product photo
    3. Customer is responsible to return defective/damaged products in the same condition that received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
    4. If the request for a refund meets the criteria, a refund will be process and subject to a bank processing period

Hup Soon Food Membership Policies

General Terms and Conditions

  • The Hup Soon Food Membership (“Program”) is a loyalty program by Hup Soon Seremban Food Trading Sdn Bhd (“Company”).
  • A registered member ("Member") who has a Hup Soon Food Membership account ("Account") can enjoy special promotions and privileges by earning Reward Points ("Points") for cash rebates and redemption.
  • This Program are available through the Hup Soon Food App (“App”) which is available for IOS and Android or register at all Hup Soon Food Stores (“Store”).
  • Physical card will be issue to become a Member and can collect from selected Hup Soon Food Stores which informed by our customer service center.
  • Members are required to download the App from the App Store or Google Play, and then register for an account to become a Member.
  • To enjoy the Program, Member needs to flash Member ID Barcode on the App and get it scanned or present the valid physical card every time spend at any Hup Soon Food Stores. The App will be used to earn points for any successful transactions.
  • Employee under Hup Soon Seremban Food Sdn Bhd and promoters perform their duty at Hup Soon Food Stores are not allowed to use their account during working hours and strictly not earning points on customer purchases.

 

Membership

  • Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia and Foreigners aged 18 years and above.
  • Each mobile number and NRIC or passport can be registered for ONE account only.
  • A fee of RM10.00 will be charged for register as Member.
  • The application fee is non-refundable.
  • Members should safeguard their username and password. Any person using the site with their username and password is either the Member or is authorized to act for the Member.
  • This Membership is applicable in all Hup Soon Food Stores.
  • Membership is not transferable.
  • Members should always update their registered contact details in their account to ensure that they do not lose their collected Points as well as to enjoy the full member benefits.   • The Company reserved the right to use and utilize the member database for the company's marketing purposes.
  • The Company reserved the right to reject or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • The company reserved the right to suspend or terminate this Program at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, the Company shall give advance notice to all members in the manner Hup Soon Seremban Food Trading Sdn Bhd deems appropriate.
  • The Company reserved the rights to omit, add or amend the Hup Soon Food Membership loyalty program terms and conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing Hup Soon Food Membership loyalty program.
  • In view of the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act, by participating in Hup Soon Food Membership loyalty program, member hereby expressly grant Hup Soon Seremban Food Trading Sdn Bhd its affiliates and partners the permission to use and process their personal data including (but not limited to) names and contact information for future advertising and promotion without notification or permission.

 

Point Collection and Redemption

  • Every Ringgit spent at Hup Soon Food (“Store”) and (App”) will be rewarded 1 reward point. During seasonal promotion, Hup Soon Food reserves the rights not to reward any points or to vary the reward points according to the promotional reward rate.
  • Point expiry date ONE (1) year from the year points have been accumulated
  • The following items are not included in the “reward points” calculation:
    1. Government Controlled Good
    2. Gift Redemption Products
    3. Payable Goods and Services Tax (GST)
    4. Any other items as prescribed by Hup Soon Food at its sole discretion from time to time
  • The point collection entitlement in the Hup Soon Food Membership system is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  • There shall be no accumulating of Points for backdated receipts.
  • Points accumulated are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items except in those stated in the Hup Soon Food Membership Program.
  • Points accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and / or sale to any other persons.
  • Members must present their membership Barcode via App to earn or redeem Points. A screenshot of the Barcode is invalid for this purpose.
  • Members can check their Points balance and accumulated Points on the App or website. The Company reserves the right to correct or amend the balance in a Member's account if The Company confirmed that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred.
  • Redemption of Points in a single transaction can only be made by using the Points from the same account.
  • It is not possible to merge the Points from more than one account into a single account.
  • Any Points expired, redeemed, and deducted are not refundable.
  • All the remaining rewards and earned points in the Membership account will be forfeited upon termination of the Membership.
  • All the remaining earned points are not allowed to transfer to another account.

    2. The final price will be the price on the day the goods are picked for delivery.
  • Product Availability:
    1. Confirmation WhatsApp does not guarantee that all the items you ordered will be available or we will be able to send your order.
    2. Since our stock fluctuates throughout the day, all products displayed on the website or app are subject to final confirmation of availability at corresponding outlets on the day the goods are picked for delivery.
    3. In some cases, the product you ordered is NOT described as out of stock during the purchase period, but it may NOT be available during the picking period. We will notify you via in-app notification/email as soon as we begin to process your order.
  • Fees:
    1. Where applicable, you shall be charged according to the prices stated on this site and other miscellaneous fees such as delivery fees, administrative fees and returning fees, and etc. inclusive of goods and service tax (GST).
